At POPLABO, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and photos of the product.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Products that have been used or washed

Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged or incorrect items.
